PART-TIME CLUB ADMINSTRATOR
Portumna Golf Club is seeking expressions of interest for a part-time Club Administrator (20 hours per week) to act as first point of contact for members, guest and visitors and to provide a high standard of clerical and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration, excellent IT and Social Media skills, together with sales & marketing experience and familiarity with financial / payroll software.
Previous experience of using Social Media in a business context (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) is essential, together with strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Experience of using Quickbooks / Thesaurus is also required.
This position will require a high level of initiative, commitment, energy, a flexible approach to working hours and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
