On behalf of the members of Portumna Golf Club, it is our pleasure to offer you a warm welcome, via our website, to our wonderful course and facilities. We are all very proud of our club and its status as one of the premier parkland courses in Ireland. Thanks to Kenneth our excellent ground staff, It is a course that remains in superb condition all year round and whilst demanding, is fair and enjoyable. It is widely regarded as a true and comprehensive test of ones golfing skills and ability.

The heart of our club are you the members and we thank you for your support in making the club what it is today and we look forward to your continued help and support over the coming year. Our club has a strong ethos of volunteerism and we acknowledge those who serve as trustees, management committee and all the sub committees, and volunteers who work tirelessly to make our club successful. We also acknowledge our generous sponsors who continue to support us.

We welcome our visitors and many societies, who year after year return to support us. It’s really appreciated. Our general manager Justin and friendly front office staff will be there to help and ensure your visit is enjoyable. We offer a fully stocked pro shop, welcoming clubhouse with extensive food menu professionally provided by Cathal and his bar and catering staff.

We trust that the course and the warm welcome you will receive from members and staff alike will provide you with a memorable and truly enjoyable golfing experience, and also, one that you will be keen to repeat..
